Educational Kinesiology is based on the idea that all learning occurs through movement. Brain Gym is a part of the Educational Kinesiology (Edu-K) system and was developed by Dr. Paul Dennison. Brain Gym is a program that enables students of all ages to practice and master the skills required for learning. Integrated Brain Gym movements encourage self-directed learning and promote efficient communication between the brain and the body, eliminating stress in learning and increasing creativity. Recognized in over twenty countries with more than 25 years of clinical research, Brain Gym is also endorsed by The National Learning Foundation.
